My Approach
Design that matters doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when you strip away the noise, focus on users, ask the brutal questions, and let data cut through the bullshit.
Strategy sets the direction. Creativity makes it real. I don’t separate the two, because winning products need both firing at full speed.
My job is simple: build products that solve real problems and deliver results you can measure. I push myself and my teams to stay locked on outcomes, not vanity metrics. Every decision ties back to research, design, and business goals because anything else is just decoration.

About me
I’m Brandon Green. I don’t just make things simple, I make them matter. For 10+ years I’ve been digging into messy problems, talking to the people who live with them, and turning those truths into product solutions that change how teams work and how users feel. Startups, scale-ups, global brands—I’ve led them all toward one goal: outcomes that last.

Team Leadership
Building UX From The Ground Up
This was more than designing products. It was about creating a UX function where none existed, embedding design thinking into the company’s culture, and proving the value of user-centered design in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Research
Making Research Work at Scale
Built a research practice from the ground up in a highly regulated environment. The result was a system that enabled discovery with hard-to-reach users, delivered actionable insights, and shaped product decisions at every level.

Strategy & Innovation
Data That Drives Strategy
Transforming fragmented data and scattered feedback into clear insights that shaped better products and faster decisions. By building a unified system, we turned noise into patterns and patterns into strategy.

Strategy & Innovation
Design System Accessibility
This project turned accessibility from an afterthought into a business advantage. By embedding inclusive design practices into the workflow, we created a scalable system that met compliance, improved usability, and streamlined delivery.
